PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Platsbyggda Kök i Norden AB (”Nordiska Kök”), (”We, Us”) takes care of your privacy and strives to secure your personal data in the best possible manner. It is based on current data protection legislation and clarifies how we work to safeguard your rights and privacy.

3. PERSONAL DATA, PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS AND DURATION OF PROCESSING

3.1 IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER WITH NORDISKA KÖK

In order to be able to enter into and fulfil contracts with you, we need data about your first name, surname, e-mail address, address and other contact details. Beyond the mentioned data we also process data about your choices and preferences when it comes to design. We do this to be able to plan and calculate the work, to produce a quote and to contact you. The data is processed in order to enter into a contract with you or on your request before the contract is entered into. If we for any reason do not enter into a contract with you will we erase your personal data.

When we´ve agreed and started to initiate the work, we may also, in addition to the personal data described above, collect your personal identification number, data regarding your costs and invoicing and some other data (regarding material etc.) attributable to the work. We cannot fulfil our obligations with regards to the agreement without this information. We only process the personal data that we need to enable us to perform our services or deliver our products to you, i.e. when we enter into or fulfil a contract with you. We retain data about you as a customer for the duration of the agreement with you and for a reasonable time thereafter. This applies, for example, when required by law or when the data may be needed to establish, exercise and monitor legal claims.

If your client is a customer with us and you contact us as a representative for your company, your name and contact information is processed for the purpose of us administrating our contractual obligations and to exercising our rights and obligations according to the contract. The processing is performed with legitimate interest as a legal basis where our legitimate interest is to perform our rights and obligations under our contract and to administrate the relationship with the company you are representing.

Nordiska kök may also save your personal information for a longer period of time, if it is necessary to perform a legal obligation and deem processing when required by law or when the data may be needed to establish, exercise and monitor legal claims.

3.2 IF YOU ARE A CONTACT PERSON WITH A DISTRIBUTOR OR PARTNER WITH NORDISKA KÖK

Nordiska kök will process your name, title and contact information (email address and phone number) for the purpose of us administrating our contractual obligations and to exercise our rights and obligations under this agreement or the relationship with the company you are representing.

We cannot fulfil the agreement and the relationship cannot be maintained in an efficient way if the data is not processed. The processing is performed with legitimate interest as a legal basis, where Nordiska kök has a legitimate interest in exercising our rights and obligations under the agreement and administrating the relationship with the company you are representing.

Your name and contact information is processed during the term of the contract or during the time which is necessary in order for us to maintain a relationship with the company you are representing. Thereinafter the information will be deleted in approximately one moth. For the case that your employment with the company is terminated or ceases to exist we will delete your contact information upon being informed of this.

Your contact information (for example your name) may appear in contracts, correspondence, or other documentation regarding our relationship with the company you represent and that we may save for commercial, business and legal reasons. The data is processed with legitimate interest as a legal basis. Nordiska kök´s legitimate interest of saving information and documentation is of commercial, business or legal meaning for our business. If we need to save documentation for the above mentioned reasons the contact information will not be erased within this time.

3.3 NORDISKA KÖK´S USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA

If you figurate at our social media

Nordiska kök uses social media such as Instagram and Pinterest as channels for the purpose of marketing. Our own publications in general don’t contain any personal information, however if that happens, we will make sure to have your consent.

If your name or photograph is publicized in our social media, you always have the right to be deleted by contacting us.

If you follow, comment, like or otherwise integrate with Nordiska kök on social media

If you follow, like, write a comment, pin or otherwise communicate in Nordiska kök´s channels in social media your name, profile picture and comment will be shown at our social media accounts. This means that we, process the personal data you share with us. Nordiska kök lets this information be publicized on our accounts, and treats this information in general, with legitimate interest as a legal basis where Nordiska kök has an interest in integrating with those who are interested in our products and services, have opinions about Nordiska kök or want to contact us through our social media.

Please note that when you interact with us on social media your personal information is also processed by the company behind the platform.
